Website Terms & Conditions
1. About these terms
These terms cover use of the Lumisync Pte. Ltd. website and showroom appointment requests. They do not replace an accepted quotation, signed project agreement or applicable statutory rights. A project’s scope, price, payment arrangements, delivery, cancellation and warranty conditions must be agreed separately in writing.
2. Website information
Website information is general guidance, not a site-specific engineering assessment or a binding offer. Compatibility, performance and suitability depend on the selected products, property conditions, network and third-party systems. Illustrations and interactive demonstrations show concepts; they are not a promise of identical results. Actual project specifications and representations agreed with you remain relevant.
3. Showroom appointments
Showroom visits are by appointment and subject to availability. A submitted request is not confirmed until the booking system or our team provides successful confirmation. Use the management link in your confirmation email or contact us to cancel or reschedule. A showroom booking does not itself create an obligation to purchase. Any paid appointment or cancellation charge must be clearly disclosed and agreed before it applies.
4. Quotations and project scope
Products, installation, delivery, configuration, coordination with your interior designer or contractor, and after-sales services are included only as specified in the accepted quotation or agreement. Any variation in work or price should be agreed before proceeding. Taxes and additional charges, if applicable, should be clearly disclosed. Website examples do not create an obligation to supply work outside the agreed scope.
5. Site readiness and responsibilities
Lumisync does not undertake electrical works. Electrical work must be arranged with appropriately licensed parties. Our team may coordinate relevant requirements with your interior designer, electrician or contractor. Suitable power, neutral wiring, data points, access and other site requirements depend on the agreed system. Please obtain any necessary owner, management or authority permissions. We will discuss material readiness issues and any proposed changes to timing or cost.
6. Products, services and warranty
Warranty coverage, duration, commencement date, covered products and any on-site support must be stated in the applicable quotation or warranty document. Any advertised two-year coverage must be read with those applicable terms and cannot reduce rights under law. Contact us with the product details and issue so we can assess appropriate support. These website terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove remedies available under Singapore law.
7. Third-party services and security
Some functions depend on internet access, third-party apps, cloud services, voice assistants or manufacturer support. Their availability and terms are controlled by their providers. We will explain relevant dependencies when specifying a system. Security and surveillance systems reduce certain risks but do not guarantee prevention of intrusion, loss or interruption. Do not upload passwords or confidential access credentials through general enquiry forms.
8. Permitted use and intellectual property
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code or misuse another person’s personal data. Website materials owned by Lumisync or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view them for personal evaluation; obtain permission before commercial reproduction. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Links and website availability
External links are provided for convenience and are subject to the other provider’s terms. We aim to keep information accurate and features available but errors or interruptions may occur. Contact us if you find an error. Nothing in this section permits misleading representations or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and other Singapore laws. These terms do not impose a general liability cap, indemnity, mandatory arbitration clause or waiver of consumer remedies.
11. Questions and disputes
Please contact +65 8588 9940 or write to Lumisync Pte. Ltd., 81 Ubi Ave 4, #07-01, Singapore 408830, so we can seek a fair resolution. These website terms are governed by Singapore law. They do not prevent you from using an available statutory dispute-resolution process or approaching a competent court or tribunal.
12. Changes
Updated website terms apply prospectively from the revision date shown. Changes to these website terms do not automatically amend an existing project contract.
